Projector Berbintik |
You are all certainly familiar with the name of the projector, a tool that we usually use for presentation in digital media.
On this occasion I will not discuss the sophistication of this one electronic device, I will discuss one of the most common damage experienced by this advanced tool.
One of the most common damages experienced by the projector is that the resulting image is covered by white spots like a water point.

I think it is a natural thing after seeing the effects of projector damage is like there is blocking in the lens.
Ok I will try to explain this problem, actually the cause of the spots on the projector's display view is not dust. Projector spots caused by one of the components of a hardware projector is damaged due to use that is not in accordance with its capacity.
For example, using the projector excessively regardless of the time, on a container that we use within 4 hours then after the projector is turned off, at least we have to rest it for 12 to 15 hours to prevent falling on the micro chip caused by excessive heat .
The cause of the damage to the projector with the occurrence of white spots like the point on the projector's display is the destruction of the Hadware DMD Chip (Digital Mocromiror Device) which the DMD Chip serves as the image capture generated by the color wheel and projector light.

To solve this problem there is no solution other than replacing the faulty DMD Chip with the new DMD Chip. How to install DMD Chip is very easy, but what makes it difficult is the price of DMD Chip is quite expensive range of Rp. 1 Million to 1.7 Million depending on the manufacturer.
Well before this bad thing happens to your Projector all you better be more careful again in doing maintenance on Projector. Of course you must remember that "prevention is better than cure".
Solution to prevent DMD The chip is broken by doing the overhaul cleaning all Projector engine (Cleaning the whole projector machine) periodically.
I write this post based on personal experience, may be useful for you all.
